A pavilion with two sites and two stages: The proposal takes advantage of the two phase program of the Chicago Architecture Biennial and presents the pavilion’s architecture as a process in the making. The first stage is to be presented during the Biennial where the pavilion will be laid out flat on the ground as a catalogue of architectural elements, displayed as a kit of parts and a landscape of objects for people to wander through. In the second stage at the end of the Biennal, all of the elements will be carried over to the site at the lakefront and assembled into a seaside pavilion.
